Responsibilities of Employment Services Staff:

Supported Employment Staff are responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities in obtaing and maintaining employment that aligns with their vocational goals. This can include things like resume writing, navigating relationships with co-workers and supervisors, interviewing skills, support at job sites, and identifying barriers to successful employment as outlined in the Person-Centered Plan.

Responsibilities of Respite Staff:

Respite staff provide supervision for health and safety while primary caregivers are not able to be present. Staff are expected to provide individualized support to encourage participants’ independence in their homes and communities. Tasks may include but are not limited to activities of daily living, transportation, shopping, community access, and social activities as outlined in the Person-Centered Plan.
